I was thinking about the method CodytheBest used on Craigslist. Instead of using articles, set up a real estate theme, and have the houses you used on Craigslist, and have them on the website. You can set yourself up as a real estate agent. When someone contacts you about more information about the house, send them a CPA offer for credit report. I see those pay out good. You can still have a blog, with the articles on it, and use Adsense on the site, but if you get contacted, you have a chance to make an extra $20.
