Also OP, do you try to avoid footprints if you decide to make 4-5 websites for the same niche?

Yes, Nr. 10 will always get exposure, but people will always scroll down to see which one is first. I have an affiliate link for Nr. 10, and even though it is clicked xxx times, it has never been bought. Nobody wants to buy a product that is placed last. Also, it is a psychological thing to put the best for last, and have people scroll down for it. Placing nr. 1 first shows a bit too much eagerness, in my opinion. Might as well left out the other 9.

Different hosting, IP, email, design, contact details, yes. For the rest, not really. All article websites are informative and they also link to other sites that are not trying to rank for my keywords. It is not like I keep all the link juice for myself. I just make sure that they do not outrank me.

Very good points. I'll be testing this approach on a few sites to see the results.
 
How many products did you sale to get $ 6000?

211. It brings me multiple clients per day now. I would say 2 on average.

No I provide the product/service myself, but I signed up for affiliates of all my competitors as well. So even if you order Nr. 10 to Nr. 2, I will get commission. But to be honest, this only brings me 5% of what I get from selling my product on Nr. 1.

Almost 3 years, but I have been putting at least 10 hours a day into it with few days off. I currently make $xxx,xxx a year, believe it or not.

Sure, is it published? Do you want me to look why you are not ranking or just your on-page article SEO structure? I do not want be nosy, but to give you a better opinion, I would prefer to see the website as well. It can be because of a lot of factors as to why you are not ranking.
