Hello, BHW!
I'm a US Military Veteran. Find it almost hard to believe that I've been out for about 15 years. I've done a lot of things over the years, ranging from bar tending, event crew (set up and break down), virtual assistant, and mutlimedia specialist (did Power Point Presentations, videos, and a few basic mobile apps).
Today, one of my main focuses is Affiliate Marketing for Real Estate Investors who offer Equity Sharing. Unlike Home Equity Loans/Lines of Credit, Reverse Mortgages, or like, they offer money based on a home's appraisal value, from 10 - 20%. Also, unlike the others, they offer it for no monthly payments nor interest. They operate like speculators, in the hopes that one's house appreciates in value; of course, if you use that money to invest (ie, business) you can use that cash flow to pay back the loan, and keep the full amount of when one sells their house.
I'm looking for ways to help promote this business, and feedback on my WP site.
