A question

I have an email list with about 300 emails that haven't been spammed or scraped. I was wondering if anyone knew any program I coulp paste them into to get a list like a csv or something.
Also hypothetically, if my fb fan page had been hacked and someone had stolen my password and all other avenues for retrieval had been exhausted would there be any way I could get control of the page back from them.
This is my first post so I realy appreciate anyone who can give me any help at all.

you can make a .csv with notepad its just a file format.

I'm sorry I know Im sounding stupid here, is it simply a case of copying all emails then pasting into a notepad file and choosing to save as a csv, and thats pretty much help. Also cheers for the response and help its very much appreciated.

yeah, when you go to save the file in notepad

at the bottom where you would rename the file it says "save as type" you want to choose 'All Files' and then when you're naming the file you can name it;

emails.csv and it will become an csv file
