A question about rules

I don't know where to ask this question or who to write to. I would like to sell a certain system/item here on the forum. But I would like to ask the administrators if I can sell it here, if it complies with the rules of the forum because I have been reading the rules of this forum since yesterday and I don't see any sub-item related to what I want to sell. Where can I ask such a question? Or who can I write to?

I have read the whole rules but I can't read if I can sell my "thing"
Can I ask you a question on priv?
Because I do not want to write here what I have and what I want to sell, because it is not in accordance with the rules to write about it in public.


I don't know if this system is compatible with BHW law. It is written that illegal methods will not be accepted. But what does it mean illegal? Because e.g. Jarvee and other programs are also illegal and may be advertised. Therefore, I have a question about my system, will it follow the forum rules so that I can sell it.


I can't write here what this system is for because I don't have a sales thread. And I do not know who I can write to on PRIV, so that I can explain what the system is and how it works and whether it complies with the forum rules.

We want to see you putting time and effort into the forum before you start using and abusing us for cold, hard cash. If you are interested in selling your own services on BHW, these are the ways to do this:

• Upgrade your account to either Jr. VIP or Marketplace Seller membership and create a Marketplace Thread where you can sell your services.
• Upgrade your account to Premium membership and put a link to your service or website in your signature. Jr. VIPs and Marketplace Sellers can also create signatures.
• Contact our advertising support to start promoting through banners and category advertising
• Upgrade your account to Premium, Jr. VIP or Marketplace Seller membership to respond to Want To Buy and Hire A Freelancer requests. You should read the rules for both of these sections here and here respectively.

As you can see, these options aren't really available to you right off the bat. The reason is that we need to see you contributing to BHW in order for us to feel better about letting you use us as a platform for selling your services.

You don't comply with the requirements to sell anyway so your question is moot.

As to Jarvee andother programs being illegal that is incorrect as there are no criminal laws against what that service provides.

Social media accounts? you can check the Misc/Social Media section. There are a few hundred posts of accounts creation software.

I know, but there is no competition for me here. It's just a question: Can I sell a system that creates a mass account IG/FB etc? Is it consistent with the rules of this forum?

Thank you for your response! I know I have to give the best version for testing before posting a thread to the administrators of this forum. If I give the best version to the administrators to see if everything works etc. That the program meets its description. Can I give them a 7-day test, or do I have to give them the system forever as it will say in the offer?

For absolute clarity on selling in the forum.
The marketplace is a specialist area on BHW where you can list items for sale. All of the rules and requirements for posting in the marketplace are provided here https://www.blackhatworld.com/forums/bhw-marketplace-rules-and-how-to-post.203/ , unlike most marketplaces we actually verify that you can deliver what you state you're trying to sell from the start. So no "position 1 on Google guaranteed" style posts will be accepted ref our piece on content Standards "massively create" sounds like it would come under these criteria, try and be specific about what you're selling, define what the benefits are to the BHW membership of your product and how best to use it. Sales threads should be simple and informative, no cartoons required.

As you're currently not eligible for Jr. VIP you'd need a marketplace seller account we have a guide/FAQ for Marketplace Sellers where your specific question on can I sell xxxxx is covered

Selling outside of the marketplace will result in a ban.

At the end of the day it comes down to understanding if you can actually deliver on what you're selling. This often takes time and significant back and forth between seller and our marketplace team, but results in a strong marketplace where demand is high so worth that extra effort. Finally I'd recommend reading the subforum on creating a sales thread in great detail before posting.

If you chose to join the thousands of buyers and sellers on BHW then I wish you the best of luck.
