A pr site i bought need some advice what to do

A pr site i have bought i notice all of it's old pages ranking still but it is sub pages of it
example

wellyboots. domain name
big wellyboots.domain name

There is a lot of pages like this

What my best course of action should i put a 301 redirect onto all these pages?

Never had this before so just want to check what my best action is
