Can we use reloadable VCC's from USA to withdraw funds from Stealths?
Or we have to wait and send funds to some other accounts?

Hello everyone, thank you for these valuable tips.
I have a small question, I am based in France and I cannot find a VBA for France, however when adding a bank account on paypal, it is indicated that I can add a bank account of another country (for example Germany which seems to interest me)
I would like to know your opinion concerning a possible suspicion because I added a bank account of another country.
What do you think ?
