As a little thank you to this forum, I'm doing a 5 part guide where I try to give my knowledge on IM to all of you.
Part 1 of 5 is on stealth paypal accounts, and the next one will be an in depth guide to setting up a PBN. So without further ado, let's get started.
A Stealth Paypal account is basically an account not linked to your real self. This means a different address, bank account, credit card, etc. It is useful when selling high risk items to avoid getting fucked over by paypal, and is neccessary in countries which paypal doesn't operate (India for example).
If done right, a well made stealth account will last for years. I aim to teach you some of my knowledge on setting up long lasting accounts.
1. Buy 1 high quality PRIVATE Canadian proxy for each paypal account you want to open up. Why Canadian you ask. I usually open up stealth accounts in Canada as paypal doesn't require your Social Insurance Number (equivalent to a SSN or EIN). However, US accounts work fine as well until you reach 200 transactions or $20,000, so you have to keep a close track of when they will ask for verification. Usually I save myself the trouble and just go for Canada (you can easily change your primary balance to USD)
2. Hi to tracemyip.org, and put it the high quality PRIVATE proxies you bought. It should give you a general location, usually a city. Take the name of that city, put it in Google maps, find a house, and bam, you have a legitimate address that is somewhere around your IP location.
3. Get a free number for texting and calling through an app, like textplus
4. Sign up for PayPal (it should automatically lead you to the Canadian site if you are using the proxy and cleared cache/cookies.) Use a random name, the phone number you got in step 3, and the address you found in step 2.
5. Buy a Canadian or US VCC. These shouldn't be too expensive (I sell them as low as $5), and add the Card to PayPal. To verify that card you might need a small balance on the Card (paypal and other sites sometimes charges $.3-$1 to your card then reversed it).
6. At this point you are basically good to go. You can send/recieve, and you have the safety of knowing they will never ask for your SIN (it's illegal). The only thing paypal can do is ask for an ID, but those are really easy to take.
7. If you want to become fully verified, you can buy a VBA from various providers. However a VBA still doesn't allow you to withdraw, so most of the time it isn't neccessary (however being fully verified = more trust from others).
8. The money I have on Stealth accounts Usually go towards paying expenses, like hosting, domains, etc for my other projects. In the case I want to withdraw to a bank, I'll send money to another account of mine as a "payment for some service", then send it to my legit account with a legitmate bank linked. I often find it easier to just buy bitcoins with paypal, then either using the BTC or selling it for bank wire/ paypal on my legit account.
A Couple things to remember:
-Always clear your cookies and cache
-Make sure to use the same proxy for each account
-Make sure to use a separate proxy for separate accounts
21 day hold: This is probably the most annoying part, and is often unavoidable until you wait a good 2 months. However if you aren't doing any scamming you will almost always get your money after 21 days. Just make sure to keep evidence of every item you sell to anyone.
