Hi everyone,
I’ve gone through a lot of threads on this forum about YouTube, but I’m looking for fresh, practical tips. I create videos that are 8–20 minutes long, targeting a third-world country audience.
I’d like to know:
- Do Shorts actually work to encourage people to watch the main videos?
- What retention, CTR, and watch time numbers are considered good, and what’s normal?
- With local content, is it worth aiming for a broader audience? If yes, how? (Like dubbing or English subtitles? idk)
