Most customers doesn't work properly (On-Page Optimization). Wrong companies are build over keyword optimization (Meta-Title, Description and Keywords) so, mostly site owners affected. Your post complete help for newbie.

new pro tip: make sure the page loads in googlebot the same way it loads for users!

You say that when internal linking, you should use anchor text. Is that right, I've seen a few people mention that anchor text definitely shouldn't be used when internal linking.

Anchor text can still be used, if you're careful. That means purposefully using variations such as:
-Capitalization of anchor texts
-misspellings
-variations on keywords

Even with that, i'd still keep keyword anchor text under 15%
