A big problems with facebook with site content posting

Hello guys,

I want ask a people who working with facebook and posting a lot of content in his facebook pages. Do you have problems with it, and how exactly you doing? I will tell you what is my scheme and you can tell me what i doing wrong please... so:

I have some websites, and some facebook pages. I using app (like hootsuite) to publish a content (links to my articles, videos etc) to my facebook pages. I doing a channel with more pages, may be 10 pages in one channel and i post a content in this channel in every hour, but i get messages on every 10 minutes in my account (Your account sending a spam, please review your latest actions from this account), once or twice on the week i get message (Your account was disabled, you must verify it by sms or some friends recognition, after this change the password, and you can continue again)... I don't know what is a problem, may be i was stopped by some automatic filter system, or something like this, but how to avoid this? I seen a lot of webpages who post every 5 minutes links on his facebook pages and they work and continue to work, but i have problems every day. Two days ago my facebook profile was disabled... so please, if you have some ways to post your content to the facebook pages tell me how you do it, to avoid this problems? I will be really helpfull for this, also i think this is important to many people who work like me... Thank you!

It's very much possible the link you post or the content you share has been flagged.

Yeah, i understand this, but the websites are 3-4 years old and they have a lot of flagged content, because i was attacked by another websites owners, but how to work... i publish mixed content 50% new, and 50% old... i don't know what to do, what do you think if i try some link shortener or try to change links urls, will be better?

Link shortening doesn't work. I think last time it worked to bypass blocked links was 2012-2013 after that. a "canonical url" parameter was added to debugged links either via link shim (every link which goes through link shim is automatically crawled anyway) or debugger. Your best bet is to add a new domain and use links and content from the same domain. It's easily done with relative pathways in HTML (instead of http://www.example.com/image.jpg just ad ./image.jpg or in PHP with $_SERVER['SERVER_NAME'] or $_SERVER['REQUEST_URI'] etc etc etc

Yeah, this may be will worked but for the first time in the beginning, after some days another site owners will report again my links from the new domain and the situation will be again the same... i don't know what to do... it's looks like i cannot post anymore in facebook... What do you think, did i post too many? Every hour a new link on 10 fan pages?

Reports takes time to handle and most of them is ignorred unless there is obvious content striking against their ToS. So one or two reports won't do much to your site usually.
10 fan pages per link sounds good too, it should be able to keep you going some time. Unfortunately I cannot help you too much without any context, I need to know what is getting blocked and when.

How much did you post your domains?
Is the OG:image exactly the same on each domain?
Is every meta info exactly the same on each domain?

Do you want some real details... do you have skype? You can PM it and i will find you and will explain it... also can found in VK, if you russian, i speak russian langugage pretty good

Hello, so we have changed all of domains and starting again, and there is not any changes... again we seen the screen, Your account was sending spam, bla, bla... check your previous actions... bla bla... i don't know what to do and how to publish in my fan pages, when all of my links (they are interesting, with nice titles, the people liked it, there is no any actions like share or like to watch or something like that... just normal websites that contents a youtube videos, with adsense)... where is the fu*ing problem... what they want?

I think that your accounts or your ip is ghosted.try to use another device and another account.

whats the content of your posts?

They contents normal website, with youtube video and adsense ads... no more! Now we try to post link with the delay on every page... if page one post now the next one post the link after 5 minutes, the next one after 5 and etc. Result is the same.. Spam, Spam, Spam... Also the last days we have a lot of restricred pages, some of them are temporary restricted to 5 may for example, and have one fully deactivated... i don't know what to do...
