It's Allen Carr, it's definitely worth reading. It doesn't help everyone, but it's worth a try. Helped me give up smoking very easily after 15 years and I smoked a lot and honestly thought I'd never give up!!
 
What helped me quit smoking cigs <easy 2 packs a day, thanks army) was switching to smoking marijuana, now I am a high functioning stoner. Instead of a slowing dying smoker.

Got the smoke craving out and it doesn't kill you, also doesn't make you want to murder someone when you run out.

I only smoke in combination with other drugs or alcohol but when i do i smoke about half a pack.
 
2 packet used to smoke your buddy here = 10 Euro.
One night decided to stop it because I was feeling like shit and I did. Started to eat well, vegetables and good food, went to gym and have a regular working and sleeping hours, still feel like shit.
 
Guys, forget the cost of cigarettes... the health problems they cause will literally put you in debt for tens of thousands if not more.

Still way better than a grown men almost swimming in vapor making clouds and using snapchat to get more attention / appear cool.
 
Up until March I was spending £15-£20 per day on cigs. Started vaping in March and it is less expensive.
 
4-5 euros man, but it's about the money you thinking too small financially, it's more about health plus your hands/clothes smells like shit etc.d

I haven't purchased cigarettes in a long time

I'll smoke one if someone is smoking one around me, etc

I don't need to purchase and keep up a habit anymore
 
In Romania, a pocket of cigaretts costs about €3.96. I smoke about two pockets per day, so I spend about €7.92/day. In the past I've used to roll my own cigaretts. The price was much cheaper, but the quality of the cigars was very low. I think avoiding cigaretts in the future will be a good move, from health and economic reasons.
