I do not smoke but I buy cigarettes for my mother-in-law, I spend about $ 14 in a cigarette for her and it lasts for about 3 months

I rarely smoke cigarettes. Only when I go to a party I tend to buy a pack if I feel like smoking. 1 costs around $3 and I'm pretty sure that I won't be able to smoke all cigarettes for 1 night. I usually give out 40-50% of my pack to other people - you have no idea how big of a networking trick this is.

1 pack of 25 cigarettes in my country is $12 - $15. Even illegal (black market) gross tasting cigarettes are $45 for 8 packs.

Well it's not possible to stop smoking at anytime so just reduce and be far from being a chain smoker. So it's helps you and your body to accept.

Try to buy a vaper and start with x ammount of nicotine, then every week lower the dosis until you're vaping out of nicotine. After that quit vaping.
Or you'll regret it if you get some kind of cancer

Best option is STOP smoke. You health and your pocket will thank you.
Bro. It's easy. Just hard first 15-25 days.

I stop smoking from 100 to zero

Lol I did that in college but networking then consisted of a bunch of drunk fraternity brothers.

If you really want to quit cigarettes, try a Juul. You still get nicotine but you can gradually ween off cigarettes/nicotine completely.

In my country, legislation is quite loose in tocobaco control and price is quite cheap. So, you can see a lot of smokers and they smoke almost everywhere

When i quit i went and bought one last pack and then stowed it away in a dresser drawer. Somehow the comfort of having cigarettes around helped me quit. sometimes id go to open the pack but then it would make me feel bad because the pack hasnt been touched in so long, so i put it back. if that makes sense.
