80% Unique Articles in Same Niche. Will They Index & Rank?

Hey all, I have a bunch of articles with 80% unquiness.

They all read really well, but will they index & rank on Google or am I wasting my time?

Hey, I am no expert but I believe the only reason to avoid duplicate content is to avoid a penalty from Google. I think 80% is Unique Enough. Again I would wait for someone else's reply on this.

Around 10% plagiarism is fine
Spare some time to tweak them to that level if you're anxious
 
It depends on what platform you are posting the article, if it is your personal website it should as unique as possible. If it is on web 2.0 which has a high authority it doesn't have to be highly unique. I spun an article which was ranking number 1 for a high competitive keyword and posted it on a google property. The article which was about 45% unique is ranking in the top 4 and getting a good amount of sales.

They are spun articles, but read really well.
Did you use a G stack for your ranked spun article?
I'm tempted to try that myself.....

They probably would index, but I don't know if they'll rank.

Google can sometimes rank copied content, happens a lot of times anyway.
 
Of course, they will get Indexed. But I don't think they will rank. :(
 
You can fly by with 80% uniqueness on authority sites
 
For me i would say 80% is decent. You could write 100% unique with poor grammar, incorrect spelling etc.....would that outrank your 80% unique well written content? not sure it would.
Can i ask what software you used? Im about to launch a number of local news sites and i want to auto spin the content to a good standard using a WP plugin.
 
I’ve outranked source sites with 100% copies content, just build up the authoritativeness of the site and over time, you’ll have no problem.
 
digimetriq.com have an autoblogging service, articles come out about 60% unique.
One of their sample sites Bethcrosby.net generates a decent chunk of traffic for next to no effort.
