72 hour bump wait times

The rule is you can respond every 24 hours to questions by multiquoting if there are more than one and if nobody has posted you can post in there every 72 hours.
You can only post promotional material every 72 hours as well such as bonus offers, discounts, etc.

You can reply to a BST once every 24 hours.
You can bump a BST once every 72 hours if there's nothing to reply to.
You can include promotional material such as coupons/call to action once every 72 hours.
It really isn't rocket science, yet some sellers take the piss with bumping their BSTs.
If you are desperate to reply to someone who asked a question on the thread, drop them a PM.

What is the real problem here? As the guys before me said you can respond to questions every 24 hours and you can also PM them if you want, that's what I usually do. You can then bump it every 72 hours - do an alarm on your mobile for 3 days and bump it.
IMO I don't think it's bad every 3 days and I think it's perfect, remember how many BST threads there are. What you want to bump it every 1 hour? It would be chaos.
