That amount is valued in proportion with each keyword CPC. it real sense it doesn't actually depicts the actual MRR earned by the website owner.

You shouldn't take the 'Traffic Cost' as what the website earns. It's not what it earns, I don't know why you make that assumption.
It's not difficult to gain search impression for 496 keywords and approximately 216 traffic in 7 months. I guess you created the thread because of the Traffic Cost.

Hey man, I appreciate the share but there is a problem.
As @Topiano said, the traffic value is based on the PPC rate and not the actual ad/affiliate revenue that the site generates. So, it isn't true but at the same time if the PPC rates are that high then the CPM for the niche should also be in the $50 CPM range, which is just golden.

Traffic cost is totally different from real money. The calculation of traffic cost changes depends on the CPC value of the keywords which newly added every time.
Yes, I know it is not actual site earning. But just imagine when the site gets thousands of visitors!!
Of course, I created it because of Traffic cost. This site got Adsense and Amazon affiliates.
