Its pay per install? And what kind of product you need/can promote?
 
Do they have referral program? I thought they dont... what is the condition there?

You can promote anything BH or WH ,softwares,games,hacks,generators,keygens,cracks,drivers...etc.
 
I belive that its your work there...the network doesnt metter.
 
Now seriously, I dont know if OP is trolling or not with his stats, but I also heard good things about InstalleRex, but never tried. I think I will get them a chance :)

they work 4 days a week as I heard... im waiting just like you, maybe sunday they will review our sign up.

i've use this network and have get payment.. i tink this PPI network is the best, i have use other network on few month ago like som*to - reve*you - amo*etize but they lower install count.

installerex is often late with payments, work with them for many months. almost every time i have to ask for payment . they also press you to use more aggressive promotions on your site for their installs. their rates are among the best.
 
This is my 1st payment request from them and it is taking them quite a while. I never have payments problem with amonetize and revenyou.

I requested around 600+ only I will report back if they are paying more than 3k+ since I have added them in my big website this dec.

You can promote any kind of product BH or WH...just to make them to install this installer. :D
