500k uk numbers and emails

Whichever xlsx doc I opened in my phone It's ending serial number was around 65k so I thought I should open it in excel.
To my surprise there were 500k number , address and emails.
I am planning to test the quality of email list even if I get 0.01 CR that would be some great money.

What do you guys suggest what product/niche or offer should I choose to test and which email marketing tool?? I think no free EM tool will allow those many , should I create multiple accounts and send from them? Like creating 25 accounts of MailChimp and sending to them all? Most of them are Yahoo, Hotmail users
