Indeed, and most people over look all these 5 important points. Hence, I decided to write them down.

Just would add to mind keyword density, don't over-optimize pages and check website with SEO tools regularly to see the changes and notice any issues.

Few things should be added:
Have perfect on-page SEO
Make up a link building plan and stick to it (there should be diverse backlinks in it)

Content you can seed to social media because it is unique and useful is another one, and part of generally having content on your site that is marketable.

your are maybe the second guy I met on this forum, after legendary @phpbuilt who got internal linking right..

others still believe in "plugins" do their workd or category pages are the best way to go.

Internal linking is always one of the areas I feel my sites need improvement on

Unlucky this is not enough, but this should be just the starting point... I'm looking forward to optimize my website but there are really a lot of things to consider!
