Well, good luck finding domains that do not have any blank page or any parking page in the past. I can assure you that 95% of all the domains do have either one, even though you won't see it in archives. Then again, I swore myself some time ago, that I won't be explaining anyone sheer basics unless they are willing to listen. No amount of money is worth it. It's funny how people with least experience have the "most" knowledge and biggest egos. Sigh, guess the world is like that these days.
And if you are talking about my sending my domains, then I would like to ask you not to share the list I sent you with anyone. That was sent in good faith and I don't really want to solve this via mods and so on. Thank you.

There's no need to spend more than $100 per domain. I am ranking for tough terms with $20 domains I got without a contest. It's how you use them!

Maybe he was looking for domains that have had content up and haven't been stuck on a parking page. Those domains are usually worth a lot more.
These threads always make me laugh. How do people find these simpleton investors? Did you bullshit him into thinking you were an online marketing guru, then come here asking what is best to do with the money.
Here is my opinion. You are not going to rank five sites with 10 PBN links, neither do you need 5k for 10 PBN sites. So my suggestion is tell the investor to save his money till you have a clue what you are doing.
