45 nofollow outbound links is too much?

Hello friends, please suggest.
I was reading that having many nofollow outbound links is bad for SEO.
Could somebody give me an idea how many is "many"?

It won't damage your website especially in a few number of that!
Think that if websites' rank would be down just by 45 spam backlinks, what would be happen to websites which have big competitors.
 
Keep close track of the anchor text ratio, don't worry whether it is a no or do follow
 
You need a balance of do~follow and no~follow to seem natural. I find that 10% no works fine on my sites.
