403 Forbidden(Help)

It seems like your .htaccess file IS misconfigured, find the default htaccess of WordPress and replace it.
 
It's possible that plugin or a theme messed up your site.

Since you can access cPanel, deactivate all plugins and try to access the admin area.

It can also be htaccess misconfig or insufficient permissions.

I can access Cpanel...but the file manager is empty...

I assume ain't hacked...hosting side problem I guess......coz all my site that hosted there are showing the same issue...

Don't worry man. Everything will be okay. Why didn't you use hosting like Namecheap?

The only reason to use Namecheap it's because they have online support that can make everything easier to get fixed instantly.
 
This was cpanel update. Many hosting suffered this issue. Guess your host is slow support wise

I think they don't have a cloud hosting...and price also reasonable...thanks for the recommendation.
