facing an error from the last 1hr, unable to access anything.
why this error occurs any idea??
how it can be fixed??

my file manager also empty....all my site that hosted showing the same issue...
contacted to host didn't get any reply yet...

Can you edit your .htaccess file?

Purchased form BHW marketplace

It's possible that plugin or a theme messed up your site.

Since you can access cPanel, deactivate all plugins and try to access the admin area.

It can also be htaccess misconfig or insufficient permissions.

I can access Cpanel...but the file manager is empty...

try restore back up if you have, or is it your site been hacked?

I assume ain't hacked...hosting side problem I guess......coz all my site that hosted there are showing the same issue...

The only reason to use Namecheap it's because they have online support that can make everything easier to get fixed instantly.

This was cpanel update. Many hosting suffered this issue. Guess your host is slow support wise
