I have a amazon affiliate site and found a expired domain in same niche
for considering a 301 what is the best thing to do? point to inner page (product reviews) or home page?
your ideas are valuable to me

Homepage = Safe
Inner Page = Risky

If the site is making good $$$, I won't risk it.

thanks.The site was built on expired domain in same niche.Not that powerfull.no earning yet
 
I have had good success in pointing niche specific domains to inner money pages which covered the exact same subject. Just don't go wild with the number of 301's.
 
The entire domain and all its pages to a single page? That looks suspicious. Redirect the pages you can from the old domain to the new one, and everything else to the homepage.
 
Pointing to the homepage will give you the best result.
 
Homepage would be safer option.

Ideally, you want to redirect individual pages to their alternatives separately.
