301 Redirects Question

I am planning a new project using some domains I have that rank very well for their target keywords. The domains each currently have their own website but are all within similar niches.

I want to consolidate these websites to 1. I am planning on using 301 redirects on the domains to get them all to get to one main site.

I want to keep all of the different domains ranking well after I have the redirects in place.

If I just keep on building links to these redirected domains will they all still rank in Google for their keywords?
