301 redirection tips wanted

    hi . i am looking for 301 redirection tips . for my nice websites some are having huge like: 4K now i am try to redirect my 4 domain to my money site ?

    .. if i am redirection website to new sites then i have to update on webmaster tool to tell moving my site ?

    can i redirect all domain at the same time or one by one .. and all website at same server or multiple server ?

    i have also having issue of wp redirection witch is batter wp or html ? i have tried wp redirection but fails .

    Yes, Once you done 301 permanant redirect to new domain, You have to tell webmaster tools to update that too.

    You can do it all domain redirect at the time. But make sure weather all domains are same niche, like your new domains. Unless you would face much bounce rate.

    .htaccess method is the perfect way to redirect.

    yes i have 4 website all are same niche .. is serve would be same? or is good idea to move my money site without loosing link juice ?

    i can use .htaccess redirect match 301 all to my homepage ..

    I found relevant discussion on Moz. As there is mentioned on comment "if the domains have a negative history associated with them. If bad links were pointed at the old domain, then those links will now point at your main site when you redirect them. If an algorithmic action like Penguin or an over-optimization filter was applied to the old site, your risk carrying that baggage to the new site." If this is true then i think anyone can manipulate other/competitor website by simply redirecting spammy domain to their. Confused here....

    Are these websites that you brought from the ground up, did you purchase them after they were already built, or are they just expired domains that you bought? Did you check the back link history before considering 301?
