Current training per week:
3,5 h kickboxing
2,5h BJJ
2,5H MMA
1,5h Boxing
30km cycling per day (Mo-Fri for going to the gym and sxhool)

Jogging on Saturday (high pace)
Recovery jogging on Sunday
Sprints
Improve my highest wheigt in benchpressing and squats
Fit in some Yoga Mondays

The importance here isn't the amount of training during the week, it's the effeciency.
Trying to spend the least amount of time at the gym while getting the most out of it.
Besides the Gym I have school and I'm trying to build my business.

I started martial arts about 3 years ago and I recognized how much better my life was after starting.
1,5 years ago it really took of and I got to a motivational level I never was at before.
1 yr ago I had 4 fights and 3 won 1 draw and suddenly my motivation went down...

1 week ago I got the opportunity to fight an MMA fight in Germany which wasn't possible before as I'm under 18.
I could fight in the end of March or in June.

That gave me a motivational boost somehow and I recognized that I have to increase my endurance.

This thread is to motivate myself even more, if you have some questions, feel free to ask them.

Edit: Inspired by @davids355

And I completed the no sweets (sugar) challange for January and plan to continue that starting again at Monday (until Sunday the last cheat week )

After some time I'm going to give a few tips which helped me last time at this crazy training pace.
e.g. about sleep, recovery, mental...
