Maybe he has transfered followers from another account / used another account to promote it. but most likely fake followers yes. Maybe it just a test account for implimenting his own method to get fake followers? Beause I cant beleive someone would actually spend money getting that account up to that level of followers.

He had 340 posts before and deleted the feed in October 2015. Don't know what happened.

You know that it's possible to delete posts? ...
I am so sure there is something that he has done. It may be true that the followers he has are natural and has been able to utilize the post to make sure that a maximum number of target audience is arrived at. There are several tips that you can use. Another reason maybe he has purchased the followers from the other service providers.

yeah definitely this. Must have been some type of 1m comedy account, it was bleeding followers in the last month or so because they changed the name/content.
So perhaps they didnt buy any followers, just completely changed the focus of the account with name/content because pokemon go is big now.
comments/tags from other ppl look pretty real to me
Yup, that's exactly what he did. and is gaining 3k-5k followers a day since the switch.

Lol this guy is stupid.. If it was his target to give his acc up for pokemon GO.. surely there's a hype now, but I give it 2-3 weeks and It's gone, so on the first sight it looks clever, but it isnt.
