[2025 BHW Indexer Study]

No none of them are automated. They are not automated, they are all are manual.
I submitted 6 batch with 2-3 links and they put me in a queue. None of my links was picked up by their manual process in 1 week.
While i submit 6-7-8-9-10-11-12 or many number of batch and how many number of links to speedyindex or omegaindexer they all got indexed in same time which means the indexing was automated.
That could be a cronjob chunking the urls to submit in batches. But with the numbers that some of the indexing services are doing, and the throughput they have, they would have to be pretty much completely automated.

i recently tried @Zakhej service

maybe u can try it if its still works

Excellent share thank you. It's CRITICAL to index your backlinks because if they are don't get indexed, they are likely not even getting counted as backlinks for you.

I tried rapidurlindexer paid $25 for credit its a total scam 0 urls indexed and speedyindex is not working seems like down I want to index pdf I am seeing people indexing it almost instantly , suggest a tool or solution

Since a few people mentioned SpeedyIndex is down (and Indexing Expert is hit or miss lately), here is what’s actually moving the needle for me right now:

  • For Speed: GIGA Indexer has been solid. About 80% success rate and cheap to test (~$15).
  • For Volume: Indexceptional if you're running heavy campaigns and need a reliable API.
  • For Retention: UltimateIndexing. It’s not instant (takes ~6 hours), but the 90-day "stickiness" is the best I've seen.
The "Real Talk" takeaway: Don't put all your eggs in one basket. I’ve switched to a 50/50 hybrid approach: 50% low-OBL blog comments (as the study suggests) and 50% paid indexers.

Also, if you have a bit of technical skill, the GSC API is a life-saver for money pages. It’s free, takes 2 hours to script in Python, and gets you 200 URLs a day with zero risk.

I’ve managed to cut my indexing budget from $500 to under $200 just by using this mix. Stop waiting for SpeedyIndex to fix their servers and just pivot.
Anyone else who can confirm this?

Is there any decent indexer available? I waited too long after SpeedyIndex, and now I don’t have any other option that I can use or trust. I’d really appreciate your help. Thank you!

From what I've seen the other indexers included in this study are still offering a similar level of results as when the test was run. Give their test credits a try and see what works for you. It will be a few months at least until I do another study.

@Steptoe I just wanted to thank you for that laugh. Also, consider testing Omega and Colinkri
I've tested both, but as this study just covers the services advertising on BHW they won't be included in the results. Colinkri just straight out lies about crawl times, they don't send Googlebot to anything. Don't waste your money on them.

Great test, thanks for sharing the data. What stands out to me is that most services can trigger a Googlebot visit, but that doesn’t necessarily mean actual indexing. From your results, SpeedyIndex and Indexing Expert seem to perform the most consistently, while many others appear to just ping URLs without achieving real indexation.
Also interesting that blog comments still managed to index a few pages, although the process was much slower and inconsistent compared to dedicated indexers. Overall, this reinforces the idea that modern indexing is less about “pinging” and more about getting Google to see real signals of discovery and crawl value.
