Hey guys,
I've not shared anything with you in a while so I thought I'd start off the new year with something useful that doesn't cost much more than $100-$500 to get off the ground (depending on who you decide to hire).
As I'm sure you already know from your favorite guru - the money is in the list.
So here's a simple way to build yourself a list, promote shit, provide value and make $$$ all on auto pilot.

Step 1) Find a painful or emotional problem people have that you can help them with.
Painful = back pain, migraine, tooth ache etc. anything physical or health related.
Emotional = lack of money, insecurity about being too short/ugly/fat/whatever, bullying, not being attractive, not knowing where your kid is, not being able to finish the last level of whatever stupid game is popular these days - something that keeps someone up at night, stresses you out or prevents you from enjoying life.
The more emotional and painful the easier it will be to get conversion.
Join facebook groups, go to yahoo answers and forums to see what people are stressed out about or complaining about.
Step 2) Once you've found a common problem that a lot of people have in a NICHE, figure out how you can solve that problem for people.
The easiest way to do this to write a short tutorial that explains how to solves that problem. Make it a pdf. and you've got yourself a ebook you can sell for around $7. Why that price point, because you want a quick sale. You want them to just go "oh, okay.. that's not a lot - I'll take the risk...".
Go to google type: filetype: pdf problem you want to solve
There should be no space between filetype: and pdf ... but if I do it here it makes this smiley face
Example
Once you've found 1 or 2 ebooks that provide useful info, download them.
Step 3) Find someone to re-write the ebooks you've found. And have them get rid of the fluff and perhaps take the best content from 2-3 different ebooks and create 1 new ebook from that.
Brand that ebook, create 3D book cover, create book cover design, format it and turn it into a ebook.
All those services can be found on BHW, and Fiverr. Do your own research and find some decent people you can work with. Don't cheap out, but don't waste too much money either. You'll need to really dig to find talent - always, always, always ask for samples from the freelancer.
You'll want to create two versions of your e-book. 1 free version that will have the BEST chapter from your ebook. And one that has all the content.
Use the short version one (2-5 pages max) as a freebie aka "lead magnet" and give it away for free to people that want to solve their problem... in return they have to subscribe to your list.
Step 4)
Create a little tiny squeeze page telling people about your give away. Make sure your ebooks and your titles have juicy titles that talk about the problem and the benefit.

Here's a crash-course on direct response and improving conversions.
Again, you can hire people on fiverr/BHW to make your squeeze page. You just want a big headline with the problem + benefit... and perhaps a sub-headline with another benefit ... and then a big call to action button.
Here's an example (please note that this one has a form - you don't need that, you only need a big call to action button);
Step 4) Set up a manychat bot sequence and use your m.me link to link the call to action button on your squeeze page to your messenger.

5) Once they are on your list, you give them the free version of your ebook.
And after 1 or 6 hours, you send them a message asking them if they have downloaded the ebook and if they found it useful.
If they say yes, then ask them if they want to get the full ebook with lots more useful tips for just $7, normally its $27 ... basically saving themselves more than 85%. i.e I'm so happy you liked it, in fact, I if you like that light version, you can have the full ebook today only for just $7 - but this is a 24 hour offer ONLY. And use use a call to action like "GET 85% DISCOUNT FOR FULL VERSION NOW"
Something like that... come up with your own twist/angle.
The best part is, you don't need a 2nd landing page, you can just take the payment through your paypal in the messenger bot. Watch the video to learn more:
Step 6) ... keep giving your list useful content every once in a while, and when you come across a really great product - tell your list about the product. Perhaps you found a useful product on ebay, amazon or clickbank that you think they'd find useful/valuable - tell them about it. IF its actually useful to them, then they'll buy it and you'll earn commission if you use your affiliate link.
That's it people... execute this this and you can make yourself $5k+/month on auto pilot. You can even rent out your list to other marketers and owners ... "hey, my buddy from X has a really great offer for you... he's giving away XYZ for X.... you can grab your copy here today and save ABC."
And you charge those marketers an upfront fee, or you agree to do a rev share deal.
Perhaps you go back to your facebook group and you find more problems your niche has, and you create more solutions for them, perhaps you white-brand some solution from china or America... perhaps you build a software or membership site or mobile app.... it all depends on the problem and how you'll solve the problem.
FIRST COMES THE PROBLEM, THEN COMES THE SOLUTION. Focus on solving people's problems and you'll make money. Treat your list like human beings, like you would treat YOUR FAMILY member or best friend and you'll make money. If you take nothing else from this tutorial, I want it to be that.
P.s for traffic .... hire an agency to run facebook ads, google ads... or if you are on a limited budget join a forum, create a signature and promote your shit there. I would be careful about promoting in facebook groups - you'll eventually get banned, you don't want to spam - be helpful.
