My new years goal is to make money in 2012 so I am starting TODAY...
I am doing some keyword research right now and trying to find what niche I should pursue. I kind of want to start a journal type thread. If you guys would like to help me out then please subscribe.

Will be making my website with Adsense on it.

Patience is the key. Dont give up, It could take you months before you even see any revenue, but those first few $ is very rewarding and will only increase as you pick up new skills along the way.

Also don't rely on only your websites to make money. Panda showed us that you should not rely on a single source of income because it can be taken away very quickly.

As an example, Another option would be FIVERR gigs.

As for my New Years Resolution, Its to be more active on BHW

My advice is to start 3 sites in different niches...any less you're putting your eggs in one basket; any more, your probably biting off more than you can chew.

Don't be disappointed when these sites don't make any money for one, two, three or more months.

You may get lucky and start earning within a month but its not likely. These things take time...and luck
