IS it possible? do anyone here do this? i have personal unverified PP account and i want to make another one with different name,info,email address also unverified. But can i do this with same ip as my first PP account does. i need to transfer few fiverr $ to my first PP account. :)

No, you'll need to be on a different connection. Just tether your laptop to your cell phone, make sure the cell isn't connected to wifi and create another account
 
I hav 2 different verified paypal accounts made from same internet connection.Both r in active state..
 
You can do this. It just can't be one household address in the data. Why would paypal prohibit it? I might go to friends home and register my PP account there.

As long as you have the docs to upload once they are limited, you can even create&use 3 different paypal accounts from same ip address.
 
If they aren't verified,then don't waste your time.
 
I've 2 accounts on same ip for past 8-9 months.. No problems till now..
 
It would stand to reason that 2 people on the same IP could each have a paypal account. You and your wife. Brother, Sister, Mom Dad.
I've worked at a company with 2000 users sharing 1 public IP. What are the odds that more than one have a paypal account.
It's all about cookies, unique PC identification. Flash Cookies as well.
 
Try to verify them first and create 2 windows users for each account and keep the flash cookies and cookies intact for each account.
I used to deal with 10 PayPal/Ebay account using the same computer but with different IPs (only the last 2 digits different with Sprint Broadband Mobile Stick) and 10 windows users for each account. All the infos are different (name, addresses, phones, banks....) and never got limited or suspended.
 
Yes it is important that if you change IP that it makes sense. Like above. ^

Think about it, your address says new york but you're using a proxy that says Japan and is being used by 5 other scammers. The next hour, you're logged in from Thailand on a known bad proxy. No cookies, or conflicting cookies.
Raise a few flags no? Review time.
