2 part question business whatsapp and banking

Hi everyone, not sure if you ever had to make a new business whatsapp for another country, in my case UK, while not physically being there. I've bought a couple of enumbrrs but they didn't work because I'm not based in UK and whatsapp pickups that me and sim card are not in the same country and blocks the number.
do you know of any reliable way to do it?

Another question is about payment solution, what's in your experience is the best visa mastercard card processor to use?
Would appreciate any advice
