180 days has passed and I still can't withdraw. Help!

My PayPal account (that's limited.) has been limited for 180 days. I emailed them about it today, and they did nothing but provide instructions on how to upload proof.

What do I do? Since it's stealth, I can't upload it!

Using PP for stuff like this (anonymous money transfer) is never a good idea. Once you get limited (because your account is not verified) you can say goodbye to your money. Only way you can get access is, to fake the information they need but since this is highly illegal and I would not recommend you to do it.

If I were to just sell this account, could I get $500 out of it?

(There's $760 - $770 in it. It fluctuates because it's not all in USD. Whoever buys it would just have to send proof.)
 
Call them over and over again untill some nice person speaks with you
You should have options to withdraw your funds through bank then

and No, secondeyes doesn't provide such service if i ain't wrong

I had the same issue and I used a trick, maybe its a luck, PM me with your country and I'll let you know how I did. May be it'l work for you.
 
I got the account unlimited and now the OP says the password was changed so now I wonder since I never asked for the password:confused:
