Update:
So yesterday I changed the way of targeting in my application to reach 250 followers mark but it didn't go as expected. So I changed back to my old setting with lil tweaking. I am hoping for 200 followers mark on each account today.
Also created 3 new accounts. I think at the end of this week I might have 25 accounts created and running.

Thats great, I am also working on the same method/guide but currently I am working with only one account with BODYBUILDING niche, I am attaching my accounts STATS, I do not think it is violate the rules, if yes then I am sorry.

I want to ask you OP, after how many followers I should start Un-following for better ratio.

Bodybuilding is kind of hard niche on IG. And also have a low follow back ratio. But the one in your screenshot is seriously low.
Might because of not having enough good quality posts which failed the visitor to convince to hit the follow button.
Stop for a day or two, upload at least 9 posts and then start again.
And about unfollowing, there should be 48 hours gap between when you stopped following and when you start unfollowing.

Yes, that's what I am also trying to figure out which niche work better with my method.
There will be 15+ niches which is not possible for me to monetize. I was thinking to sell, but I might change my mind coz i am already loving my accounts.

No special trick. Just add quality posts to win the trust of your visitors.
If you using any bot, blacklist keywords in your niche to avoid the following of competitor.

Update:
I had some problem with food account so it didn't gain anything. But today was a good day, got some nice amount of followers. And hit the 200 mark on most of the account.
Photography account is performing very bad, I think it's because I didn't use "photography" in my username. Will change it and see what happen.

Okay, so my daily follower gain is going up even though I havent added any new account in last 2 days. If I go with this speed, I will need only 20 accounts instead of 25 to reach our monthly goal. But remember, my first unfollow cycle still to come. Hope it wont do much negative effect.

Nope, I didn't check it yet. Don't know what's in the group. But if it's about exchanging likes and comment then I will keep myself away from it.
I talked with the support, and they increased the account limit for me with a nice discount.
