10 Million SMS/Texts to Texas - Need help!

Just curious what the risks look like when using SMS for cold outreach (non-optins) based on your experiences?

Quick question: How do you prevent your SIM cards from getting blocked? Are there SIM cards in the USA that you can recommend? I have a SIM card provider that operates through the T-Mobile network. Initially, I plan to test sending 100-200 SMS per day per SIM card. I'm using an SMS gateway with an API to send out these SMS from a real dual SIM Android phone.

Ok, so being in the SMS industry for a while now you won't find many good routes at the moment. You might find some private wants like pure sim routes but they would never allow you to send such volume in a short period, also targeting just one state is a ticket to serious issues.
Your list has to be split and cleaned such as taking out the carriers like Verizon, TM, and ATT as most routes focus on one or two carriers, and at the moment it's very limited to Tmobile and ATT with Verizon being almost impossible
Lots of platforms around such as smsegde, textback, techsms and there are a bunch more out there.
Splitting your list and millions of numbers is going to cost you a good chunk of money and that's before sending.
Then you are going to deal with Route CTRs, open rates, blocked texts, and changing texts constantly to pass the filters. With a going SMS rate of around 0.012 to 0.022 per message and millions of numbers (Unlikely) all to be active, you are MAYBE getting around 4 to 7% CTR on the texts and that's a big IF.
There are also a ton of people telling you they can send, charge you, and fake up some serious-looking clicks and your budget will be eaten alive.
It's def a golden rule even amongst mass emails to spread our locations, targeting Texas is going to get you on the radar real quick so unless you have some secret access to the national alarm government msgs it is probably best you leave this be.
These are some stats you can expect from most platforms.
Taking the somewhat cheaper options @ 0.012 per sms
10 million X 0.012 = 120K USD. (+ much more costs involved)
Most routes are capped out at 100k/300k daily and that's kinda of a lot nowadays + breaking down + texts being blocked.
You might as well target Texas on both FB and TikTok if you are planning to spend that much.
Best of luck, my advice is to avoid this altogether.
P.S. People commenting with bulk SMS, and sim routes got a point but way too many changes have happened with the carriers and routes in the USA so be careful out there.
Also, people saying they can get this done at a good rate, with high delivery and this kind of volume are either insanely rich, in prison, or have no clue what the fuck they are talking about.
Forgot to add, that you are also going to need domains to hide your link, and depending on the domain you might get anywhere from 500 to 3k texts out of one domain name.
