I will pay $10 to buy a book (that is priced at $7) on Amazon Kindle store.

The book should be reviewed within 3-5 days. Min 3 star rating required. The remaining amount is your payment for the review.

You really shouldn't lie in the title.

Since you're new, you should probably consider paying someone upfront.

Think this is a scam. If he is the author, or has contact with author, he should offer giftard/promocode, to buy it for 0$.

That's how you usually do reviews on Amazon.
 
Up front is not a possibility. A written agreement over email can be arranged.
 
There are no lies at all! $10 you receive which is inclusive of purchase amount.

And yes, your title is a lie. It's a bait and switch. Getting $10 to purchase your book and then $3 profit is not the same as receiving $10.
