google continues to change the serp listings, I noticed the following today:

google wants to change the display of multiple serp listings new is now this;

on mobile smartphones now appear under the meta description several buttons to click (categories)
here on the desktop it now looks like this; see my screenshot below

what do you think?
Does Bing now do the same ?

It's hard to decide which one is top 1 because, in my opinion, they work in a bit different ways

For example, new backlinks or improved behaviorals would help you go several positions higher, while strong topical authority and content will help you not to slide down

It's obvious to me that they are backlinks.
