I was unaware you could create custom coupon codes as affiliate on hostgator, I never created one, but I shared a code that worked for me that could have been affiliated with someone else. Apologies.

Or maybe you are sharing a code of your affiliate with hostgator. Its not allowed to post ref link here and either cupons for personl earning. Correct me if I am wrong!

To answer your question, no I do not work or affiliate for hostgator I'm simply trying to help out the community by sharing a coupon code that is AVAILABLE all over the internet.

It's not a reference link, I found the coupon code on the internet before I purchased the hosting. Just trying to help out the community, I think it's a great deal for noobs or for people who do not have much money and want to try out hosting.
