Your opinion on this keyword. Is it a piece of gold? I know that if someone you say yes that someone will snap it up but im not worried about it. I just want opinions, thanks.

Get Insurance after getting that domain. LIC will not leave you and take you to the courts. Remember LIC is a govt organization.
 
I think I may buy this if your not. Run a few articles and some adsense. The .com is a parked page should have no problem with it.

Good short term but dont forget most keywords CPC is from last year. maybe hit phonescoop and find out what phones are coming out and build it then on the launch date go bat shit crazy with links

Nope it is not to concerning as far as websites as long as your not hurting business. I own a few top retailing sites that I have owned forever and I simply post good reviews of their products. I have been collecting adsense this way for years. however if they want your site they can have it for free due to trademark issues if they really wanted.
 
I'v seen plenty of URL's with with company names in them. To say how low long they lasted is anyone's guess. Maybe it could be worth it if the search volume is right up there then having it taken off shouldn't be a worry as its practically flipping the domain.
 
Remember it's not just about a good keyword and EMD, you need to check out the competition. Download the free trial of Market Samurai and run your keywords through that to. You'll be wanting to see lots of green boxes.
 
If you do the first keyword smartly, you can get away with it :) But wouldn't recommend doing that anyway.

P.S. YOU ARE NOT going to jail because of this, but you can pay millions xD
