getting 1 mil hits from these type of websites usually do not produce any $$$. It's basically, I watch your ad and you watch mine. Nobody buys from these type of hits. It's good if you just want to increase you hit counter. This is very UNtargeted traffic.
 
Someone could probably create a script that forced an action on the user when they simply entered your page (such as "Like" a facebook page or "play" a video).

Then the traffic isnt useless.

Guys, think outside the box! Here is a hint for you guys!

Go to the search button, type in "cpa redirector 2" and think how you can use it.

If you cannot get it, too bad!
 
This is good for arbitrage methods, you could redirect and sell the traffic to over-zealous webmaster knoobs. Think outside the box before kicking the box over saying that it's un-useful.
 
ok, this may not be right but maybe if you set up an auto surf club/site/WHATEVER that also clicked adsense ads NOW that is something i would join or CPA offers 1000 people going around feeling out CPA offers.....when you develop that BRO sign me up. I have no problem JOINING THAT.....WTH this is BLACKHATWORLD RIGHT WELL ISNT IT

I don't have tried the free million thing, but I want to tell you, that I have got my first ? 0,08 from my 4 day old autoblog (makemoneyonline.cool.lc) with Adsense with the "Screen explosion" Sreensaver Traffic System. :D I think I buy a PC tomorrow, cause my laptop can not run 24/7.

In 3 days I have my PC and I will tell ya bout the free mill thing.

PS: I don't worry about the adsense account, because I have many of them with my friends. It's just an exp. for autoblog with auto-traffic. If it works very good I will start a new thread for it. :13:
 
The thing with autosurfs is that its the same people surfing day in and out. So if 100 people autosurf your site one day the exact same people will surf it the next day. And they don't even look at it. The autosurfing timer is what 10 seconds? So how valuable is that ? Not very
 
Oh yeah, if you are doing this be aware that Google Adsense will take every dime of your earnings as soon as they see you are getting hits from autosurf sites. Google actually sent me a check, and bounced the check and banned my account. They didn't prove it, but they didn't have to. So yeah, if you are worried about Adsense earnings this is not a good path to take. As for other ad networks, who knows.
 
This was a wash. My browser crashed every few minutes. I gave up on it real quick. I may give it a shot on another computer but looks like a waste of time.
