it is actually similar to something like conce.de, so de is part of the word. it is an english word

yea, actually go daddy do provide the admin contact themselves, where as I use namecheap and they don't. Anyways is there any value in these domains, I found a domain name which has more than 50000 exact search for it ending in de. should I register it? I'm new to all this so not sure yet?

Why would somebody buy like canada.me.uk or .co.uk like it doesn't make sense. I know all of them are taken but why would somebody buy something like these or may be brazil.de or brazil.fr ?? Are they using them because people search for them and one can make money with a site? or for flipping...

It is not a keyword which is associated with a product like you said refrigerator etc but it is brandable and it definitely mean something and can be associated with travel easily . It mean more like hurry.
