affiliating outside india

I'm planing to make an affiliate website, where I can sell products from amazon, ebay or any other websites which offer affiliate sales. But I want to target only North American buyers, whereas I live in India. I'm wondering would I be able to do so?....or is it that one can only sell in the country you currently live?...... I'm planning to sell mostly amazon products but confused whether I can get approved for North America and not only Amazon dot in...... Please help me out on this.....thanks

Try Amazon they have a bunch of security measures and I've read that they might not accept some countries/territories, additionally make sure they have a payment method for India. Amazon converts like no other site
