I don't know exactly what does that means but I know that when a page have been just indexed and you haven't build any link yet it's shown as PR:N/A, and shortly therafter a link building campaign it shows PR 0, Maybe this does mean that PR0 is slighly higher than PR N/A

don't say BS, SEO software if well used can rank very well websites, as i have experienced by my own if you use softwares like senuke and wiki poster by using crappy articles, its obvious that (as you said before) google will penalize your website for spam, but if you use them with handspun...

ok, that could be ok, but remember that the more diversity you do, the better, you can easily use a wider range of backlinks just like high PR blog posts, software submissions, pdf submissions and so on, just use a useful drip feed among them and everything will be fine ;)

Firstly I have to say you thanks for sharing your experience, secondly I have to say that it depends a lot by keyword you are targeting for. As you surely know, as you'll continue to spread backlinks over the net you just have to be careful about same things like links diversity, link velocity...

As you could know, nowadays paypal blocks our account even for the most ridicolous sake, by the way... if your account has been limited when you'll add a bankaccount or a VCC or (if needed) a credit card, it won't let you doing business for long term, based on my own experience what would you do...

Paypal gives problems and sometimes you account gets banned, if I would be in you I would avoid it as payment method

It's not clear what do you mean for... but if I am not in wrong would you know if in a keyword research I include all these kinds of keywords as "rankable targets"?
