Directory submission tools - Sliq Submitter

I've always just outsourced directory submissions but I've started a few new sites recently and the costs are adding up. I'm probably going to buy Sliq Submitter as this seems to the best and automates everything. When reading about the permanent license though I notice that it just covers minor updates and you have to buy it again for major updates. Is the permanent version worth it it should I just stick to the 12 month license? Also does anyone know of some good affiliate discounts?

I have been in usage with sliq, and I can say that it does what it should do, it bring me most successful directories, even if it doesn't give you ALL live links, I have a 12 months license, have been in usage for about 4 months and it really worth money spent
