Ecommerce multiple search terms for one item?

Hey guys,

What do you Ecomm guys typically do for items that consumers use different names for. More specifically, when a consumers use different keywords when searching for the same item. Do you try and just include as many keywords as you can? Do you create two separate products and optimize each keyword specifically?

Typically, including both keywords for Title + Description doesn't look very natural?

It's not clear what do you mean for... but if I am not in wrong would you know if in a keyword research I include all these kinds of keywords as "rankable targets"?

Yeah, include as many descriptive keywords as possible without making it too spammy. Or you could write: this product is also known as ___________

Yeah "rankable targets" would be the right way to put it. I am trying to figure my site structure (categories, etc).
