I'm fairly sure that Google can detect some of the previously mentioned methods, and it could be harmful for SEO. Don't take my word for it, though.

I blast around 50k blogs per day w/ about 20k actually posting. Other then that, I'm not sure what happens. I'm still trying to figure out how to find which ones were auto approve, I'm quite new to this. Right now I'm doing a blast of around 200k or more... I should get 50k posts. Obviously...

I harvest like 6k proxies. I run them through about 3 batteries of testing and by that time I have some decent proxies, not great... but over 30% success rate which is comparable to the other guys who use private proxies. I don't understand how your success is so low.
