I want to use email submits on my content locker and not 4 page submits.. I will need to input my own referrer to make it look like real traffic and not just blank it out. I have a feeling if I start making $$ with only blank referrers, they may ban my account.

Content lockers aren't supposed to have non-incentive offers.. Do any of you guys do it? Successful or no?

Will they be able to catch me if I blank my referrer? Does anybody do this successfully. I checked my CPA network and most "incentive" offers are like 3-4 page submits... I want to use an easy email submit so my visitors don't lose motivation.

Do I go through the list of "incentive" offers my CPA network offers? Do I choose one with highest EPC, lead, or sale price? If I am generating highly targeted traffic that will convert well. Do I also need to buy junk traffic? Thanks.
