I am looking for a free email library, preferably IMAP, that is able to login and get emails from the major sites like Gmail, Yahoo, and Hotmail. I have checked out a few, but can't seem to find any that are working and are fairly up to date.

How would I go about reading the post data, so that I knew what forms I would need to submit too for that website? Kind of like what VenomSEO has in it's programs learning mode. Just not sure where I should start for this.
