Not sure if this should go in Proxy forum or not, but just wondering what the best Location for proxies for Youtube are. Is the United States the best, or is Middle East fine, because I have quite a few from Middle East and want to use them for Youtube but not sure if their the best.

    Thanks

Proxies no long work on YouTube. Don't be fooled, they work until 300 views but then your video view count freezes... forever. The only way to unfreeze the video is to either reupload it, or somehow manage to get 100's of real views. YouTube got wise with proxies unfortunately :( and i jumped into the game like a week after the new rules were enforced :( it sucks but nothing good ol' fashioned SEO and IM can't fix... :D

Thanks for the advice, but I was wondering more or less about commenting, rating, and subscribing to YouTube videos. Since YouTube as the analytics or w/e its called for your video, I was wondering if they rate it higher if stuff comes in from the US verses other countries. Or if it all hands out to be the same.

OH okay. I don't know about that, but it is probably ranked by country. Like if you have 1000 American comments and less comments from other countries then that video will probably get higher search results in America than in other countries. So it is probably be best to figure out your target audience and then get the proxies that will work for that audience. Like for sharecash downloads you are going to want U.S. downloads because they pay more than a download from, say, the Dominican Republic. So U.S. proxies would be better than some that are from the Dominican Republic.

And if you look at video insights on YouTube it also displays frequent words in your comments, so this could also be a way to dominate search results.
